Classic French Omelette
This
week's Recipe of the Week is brought to us by Dr. Larrian Gillespie the author of The
Goddess Diet. Dr. Gillespie, in addition to learning how to cook from the very best chefs,
has developed a successful weight loss and maintenance program for all women. Her Classic
French Omelette is a terrific dish for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. She says, "The
first thing I was taught at cooking school in France was how to make an omelette.
I've adapted this recipe to include soy and my favorite herb de
Provence."
Bean & Pasta Soup
Bean and pasta soup is a delicious answer to a
cold winter's day. This stick to your ribs recipe can be served for either lunch or
dinner. Add some nice homemade bread and perhaps a green salad and you have a complete
meal.
Sue's Shrimp Scampi
I've made this about a hundred times and my whole family loves
it. The trick is to keep the fingers away form the shrimp as you are frying
them. The kids and also the hubby find their way onto the platter of cooked,
seasoned shrimp and I have to shoo them away, otherwise there wouldn't be any for dinner :
