substitute the pecans with any other kind of nuts your family prefers. You also can
omit the nuts if you desire. What you need:

dough, thawed
- 3 tablespoons butter, softened or butter flavored
shortening
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- For Glaze:
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 to 2 tablespoons milk
What you do:
Heat
oven to 375°. Press the thawed bread dough on the bottom of a greased
15x10x1-inch jelly roll pan. Spread the dough with butter orshortening. Using a
fork prick the dough all over with a fork.
- Stir together the sugar, pecans, and cinnamon in small bowl;
sprinkle evenly over dough. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Stir together all glaze ingredients in a small bowl. Drizzle
over warm bread. Cut into triangles or squares; serve warm.
