joe2.jpg (4335 bytes)Joe:
Mariaemma, you and Victoria must be excited about your Online Self-Portrait™ Learning Style Profiles. Why would people be interested in participating in this?

Mariaemma:
Thank you Joe for inviting me to share my program with your members here at the Homeschool Zone.

willis.jpg (4231 bytes)This is a great program that lets you discover how your child learns best. As I said in our interview, your child's Learning Style is made up of five aspects - Talents, Interests, Modality, Environment, and Disposition. Learning Style information helps solve these problems by giving you tools to individualize your curriculum! You have the wonderful advantage of being able to choose appropriate materials for your child's unique Learning Style!

Joe:
Victoria, I know that you focus on removing "labels" from children. Increasingly, I see folks on our discussion group citing so many labels that professional have given their kids. I understand that you have a different perspective on this.

hodson.jpg (3897 bytes)Victoria:
Oh, yes. In fact, most children don't have "Learning Disabilities!"

  • Your "A.D.D." child probably has a Thinking/Creating or Inventing Disposition.
  • Your "Dyslexic" child probably has a Spatial Talent and a Visual Modality strength.
  • Your "Hyperactive" child probably has a Performing Disposition and a Tactile-Kinesthetic Modality strength.
  • Your bored and unmotivated child probably has untapped Talents and Interests that no one is paying attention to.

Joe:
I know that many professional educators already use your program. Why would homeschoolers be interested in your program?

Mariaemma:
This program can be very helpful for homeschooling parents.
The goal of the Learning Style Consultation is to help children:

  • develop their natural Talents and Interests
  • unlock potentials in academic areas
  • develop confidence, self-esteem, communication, and problem solving skills
  • discover their direction / mission in life
  • prepare for a productive adulthood

joe2.jpg (4335 bytes)Joe:
I also wanted to thank both of you for your kind offer to help our homeschoolers on a tight budget by reducing the cost of the Online Self-Portrait™ Learning Style Profiles with a $5 discount from $25 to $20 for each profile.
