Jane's Kielbasa Jambalaya

She also loves to cook and offers up her own unique quick 'n easy jambalaya recipe which marries Polish Kielbasa along with the "Cajun trinity" of celery, onion and garlic. Emeril's My-Oh-My Spaghetti Pie

It is called "Emeril's There's a Chef in My Soup." He has allowed us to share some of his recipe secrets with you for FREE in this new series on the Momscooking support group. Emeril says, "This layered pie is a really kicked-up idea for leftover spaghetti noodles! I use mozzarella cheese in this recipe, but go ahead and make yours with whatever cheese you like best. Cheddar, Monterey Jack, or even smoked Gouda would be great."

Beverly's Ham Loaf with Pineapple Sauce

I never liked it because it always seemed so salty. After trying many recipes I found that the addition of sweet pork took a lot of the salty taste out as well as the addition of unsalted saltines. The addition of a little green pepper gives it a great flavor and the sauce makes it an exceptional treat. It is a great way to make a special dinner out of leftover ham."

Shirley Lambert of Tullahoma, Tennessee, take strawberry cake seriously.  So seriously she adds only fresh strawberries to this dazzling pink cake, along with coconut and chopped pecans.  Now, this type of cake has been around for some time.  It's based on a white cake mix to which you add strawberry gelatin and berries.  But of the countless cakes of this genre I have tasted, this is my favorite.
