| Middle Eastern Chick Peas with Couscous Last fall we all went to Disneyworld in Florida and had a wonderful time. We ate a delicious dinner at the Moroccan restaurant in EPCOT. This introduction to African cuisine got me hooked on couscous. Couscous is a semolina wheat product which is a cross between pasta and rice. You can dress it up with vegetables, meats, and sauces just like rice and pasta. This week's Recipe of the Week is for Middle Eastern Chick Peas with Couscous.
