Roasted Garlic Potatoes
suexmas100.jpg (12433 bytes)This week's Recipe of the Week features my most favorite veggie in the world, the potato!  I can eat it anytime, anywhere- mashed, boiled, fried or baked.  I have found a new way to make my beloved potato, roasted.  Roasted Garlic Potatoes are delicious and low fat!  Make plenty of these because they go fast.  Perfect with any meal and a great substitute for fried potatoes.

Garlic Mashed Potatoes
The garlic flavor comes from the roasted garlic added to the potatoes. Choose either red potatoes or Yukon Gold potatoes for a rich and creamy flavor. Included are the instruction on how to gently roast the garlic for peak flavor.

Sue's Fabulous Potato Salad
summer.jpg (3674 bytes)I have been making this salad for years; and I have to say, everyone loves it!  It is easy to prepare and can be made in the morning and served for dinner. This recipe will easily serve four hungry people!

Egg Skillet
fathersday.jpg (3265 bytes)Treat Dad like a king with this egg, potato, and bacon dish. Egg Skillet is simple and easy to prepare and the kids can help. You can cook the bacon yourself or buy one of the new pre-cooked bacon products.

Stuffed Baked Potatoes
This week's Recipe of the Week is a terrific addition to any holiday meal. Stuffed Baked Potatoes is a big hit for our Christmas dinner.

Homemade Mashed Potatoes
Today's restaurants are serving all kinds of variants on this traditional recipe- from garlic mashed potatoes to chicken mashed potatoes. This week we are paying homage to the spud that made it all happen- good ole fashion Mashed Potatoes. Freshly made creamy mashed potatoes are nothing like the boxed variety. They are so rich, and fluffy that you can lose your fork in them.   The little bit of extra time it takes to make homemade mashed potatoes is worth it.  Ask your kids!!

The Luck of the Irish
stpattylogo.jpg (3291 bytes)Is it based on a four leaf clover or is it really the little known power of the potato?
The humble spud may be your secret to immortality.
Okay, perhaps we have overstated it a bit, but don't you really like potatoes?
