This week's Recipe of the Week features a delicious crock pot
chicken stew. Chicken Stew is very simple to prepare and a satisfying meal.
You can serve the stew with egg noodles made according package instructions or rice.What You Need:
3 Chicken
leg quarters -- skinned
- 1/3 cup water
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 3 medium potatoes,cubed
- 2 medium onions,cubed
- 1 cup of thawed frozen corn 1 can Tomato sauce (8 oz.)
- 1 package onion dry soup mix
What You Do:
- Cut up the leg quarters. Mix mushroom soup with water in
crockpot.
- Add chicken, salt and pepper. Cook for 1 hour on HIGH, then
add all other ingredients and cook on LOW for 8 hours or 4 hours on HIGH.
