This week's Dessert of the Week is another great tasting frosty
smoothie. Our last smoothie recipes were a
big hit and we have received requests for more of these tasty fruit drinks.
Kids in particular will enjoy this smoothie because it's really fruit
filled!!
What you need:
- I medium- large banana cut into chunks
- 1 cup of unsweetened orange juice ( for an extra punch use
one with passion fruit and/or another fruit in it)
- 1/2 cup of milk ( your choice as to fat percentage)
- 1 teaspoon of pure vanilla extract
- 3 -4 ice cubes
What you do:
- Place the banana, juice, milk, vanilla, and ice cubes in the
blender. Cover and blend until frothy.
- Pour smoothie into 2 glasses.
