Here's a little about Sheryl:

My name is Sheryl Rexrode.  I am a stay at home mom to four children, 5-1/2, 4-1/2, 3, and 11 months.  I also homeschool.  This year I have am homeschooling my first grader, kindergartner, and preschooler.  And, of course, I'm amazed as I watch my baby grow and learn!  I'm so thankful that the Lord has allowed me the privilege to stay home and teach my children.

Here is a quick, easy, and healthy treat that my young kids can  help make and everyone loves!

Cookie of the Week
It's our yearly tribute to holidays cookies and other sweet confections.  This is a terrific opportunity to send in your favorite cookie recipes along with a little bit about yourself and why this cookie is your favorite.

What You Need:

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup nonfat dry milk powder
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • graham cracker crumbs

What You Do:

  1. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients except the graham cracker crumbs.
  2. Shape the mixture into one inch balls.  Roll in graham cracker crumbs and  refrigerate until firm.

    Makes 24.

    Helpful hint: Put the graham cracker crumbs in a resealable sandwich bag. When you shape the mixture into a ball, put it in the bag and seal. Then shake until the ball is covered with graham cracker crumbs.
