Raspberry Sorbet Delight

click here to find out more about SueFrozen Raspberry Sorbet Delight is light, sweet, and a wonderful ending to any dinner or lunch. This would be a lovely addition to your dinner table.

What you need:

  • 1 pint of frozen raspberry sorbet or sherbet, softened
  • 1 tub (8 ounces) of frozen dessert topping, thawed
  • 1 prepared graham cracker pie crust
  • 1 1/4 cups of cold milk
  • 2 (4 ounce serving) packages of vanilla flavor pudding

What you do:

  • click here to buy this bookSpoon the sorbet into a large bowl.  Stir in 1/2 of the whipped topping until well blended.  Spoon in prepared pie crust.  Place in the freezer for 15 minutes; until it is lightly set.
  • Pour the milk in a large bowl and add the pudding mix.  Beat with a wire
    whisk for 2 minutes or until smooth (the mixture will be thick).
    Immediately stir in the remaining whipped topping.
  • Spoon this mixture over the layer already in the crust.  Freeze or 4 hours or overnight.  Before serving let the pie, stand at room temperature or in the refrigerator for 15 minutes
