Frozen
Raspberry Sorbet Delight is light, sweet, and a wonderful ending to any dinner or lunch.
This would be a lovely addition to your dinner table.What you need:
- 1 pint of frozen raspberry sorbet or sherbet, softened
- 1 tub (8 ounces) of frozen dessert topping, thawed
- 1 prepared graham cracker pie crust
- 1 1/4 cups of cold milk
- 2 (4 ounce serving) packages of vanilla flavor pudding
What you do:
Spoon the sorbet into a large bowl. Stir in 1/2 of the
whipped topping until well blended. Spoon in prepared pie crust. Place in the
freezer for 15 minutes; until it is lightly set.
- Pour the milk in a large bowl and add the pudding mix.
Beat with a wire
whisk for 2 minutes or until smooth (the mixture will be thick).
Immediately stir in the remaining whipped topping.
- Spoon this mixture over the layer already in the
crust. Freeze or 4 hours or overnight. Before serving let the pie, stand at
room temperature or in the refrigerator for 15 minutes
