lady chef by EvamarieQuick Time Menu for a family of four. Great for those back to school hurried times. Also, his can be helpful for all moms, whether working in the home or outside of the house. This little dinner is fast, easy and actually good for the whole family! The jello can be prepared a day ahead of time.

What did you think of the recipe?

  • Make the jello according to the box, but add canned pineapple chunks to the bowl or serving dishes that you are using before the jello
  • The potatoes are a snap and can be cooking while the Sloppy Joes are simmering.
  • And the peas well, are the most cooperative.
  • Just pop them in the microwave according to the bag's directions a few minutes before you are ready to eat..
  • Also other members of the group can help out which really cuts the time down.
