	This week's Dessert of the Week features one that I made as a Girl Scout. I really don't remember the name of this refrigerator cake but it was yummy and easy to make! I remember making it in my girlfriend's kitchen and we just had a ton of fun putting together the crisp chocolate wafers and whipped topping. We practically had to chase her dad out of the house because he kept threatening to steal the cake!! What you need: 1 package of chocolate wafers 1 large tub of whipped topping What you do: Starting with a wafer spread whip topping on the cookie. Place another wafer on top. Repeat until you have used up all the wafers. They should be in a single stack. Place the stacked wafers on its side on a plate. Using the whipped topping cover the entire "log"" with whipped topping. Place in the refrigerator ( keep an armed guard at the door : )) for 6 hours or overnight. When ready to serve cut the "log' on a diagonal. Jumbo Chocolate Chip Cookies This recipe is from Debra Shaughnessy, who says, "We live in Knoxville Tennessee and I'm a stay at home mom.
