Sunburst Fruit Salad

This is a terrific salad dish with seafood that the whole family will enjoy. You can make it in the morning and serve it for dinner with bread. You're done! This recipe serves 4 and takes only 30 minutes to prepare.

Taco Salad

You can substitute the ground beef with ground turkey or chicken. For those that are vegetarians, tofu cut into small chunks will work well too. Hasta luega !

Spicy Fruit Salad

This is a tasty and beautiful treat.  Not only will this make a terrific centerpiece for your Thanksgiving family dinner it will also be delicious.  I like to use miniature marshmallows to top the mop and decorate around the mold.
