Mexican Macaroni & Cheese
This recipe was actually created by
my daughter Evamarie and me while in the grocery store last week. A spur of the moment
kind of thing. Since she loves macaroni and cheese we were thinking of how to make it with
a little more "punch". This is what we came up with and I have to say she did a
great job! According the taste testers in my family it got 2 thumbs up. I hope you will
enjoy it too!
Cranberry
Molded Salad
This is a tasty and beautiful treat. Not
only will this make a terrific centerpiece for your Thanksgiving family dinner it will
also be delicious. I like to use miniature marshmallows to top the mop and decorate
around the mold.
