What you need:
- Popsicle sticks- if you aren't eating enough, you can buy
them at your local craft store
- White craft glue
- Felt, ribbons, markers, scrapes of material
- Craft eyes- easy to find at local craft store
- Sandpaper
What you do:
- Make sure stick is clean and dry. To avoid splintering from
over holding gently sandpaper lightly the perimeter of the stick. Using the white craft
glue attach eyes (2) to one end of your stick. You can also use markers to make the eyes.
- Cut out geometric pieces of fabric and/or felt for a hat,
bow tie, or any other article of clothing that you would like to put on your stick person.
- Have the kids name their new friends and create stories for
them. Have fun !
