tgturkey.gif (3704 bytes)This recipe is brought to us by Beth which will make a great addition to your Thanksgiving and Christmas table. Beth says, "I stumbled onto this recipe when I used to work for a bakery , yes its good, my son who up until this recipe would only eat stovetop, loves it you need loaf wheat bread, the gritty grainy type (I use a 7 grain type) not wonder bread type loaf rye bread, the dark pumpernickel is great."

Thanksgiving Tablecloth
tgturkey.gif (3704 bytes)This is a wonderful Thanksgiving Tablecloth that the whole family can help make.  By taking an inexpensive white cotton tablecloth or purchase material to make the cloth, you can have everyone in your family mark what Thanksgiving means to them. Try and choose fall colors and colors that say Thanksgiving to you. Using real life items to inspire what prints you'd like to include is a great way to add diversity to this project.

Apple Ornaments
suexmas100.jpg (12433 bytes)This wonderful combination reveals a spicy holiday scent and provides a beautiful ornament for your Christmas tree. Pat was generous enough to provide us with this fabulously easy and fun craft. Pat says, "My son loved doing them. They turn out really nice, you can't make a mistake pouring glitter onto a glue shape and the kids feel very successful. And, of course, the smell is great."

"Turkey Soup" Gift & Fundraising Idea
turkeysoup100.jpg (11342 bytes)tgturkey.gif (3704 bytes)This easy and charming craft is really a wonderful gift for any and all of the gobblers in your life. We have created a wonderful gift tag that you can easily download and attach to your mug to make this a special gift. The tag has an adorable picture and inside we have written a poem especially dedicated to Thanksgiving. This can be given as an inexpensive and fun favor for a Thanksgiving party, a gift for a favorite relative and friend and a wonderful Thanksgiving centerpiece.  You'll want to make them for your kids. "Turkey Soup" is also a very good project to raise money (fund raising) for organizations like the scouts, churches and/or schools.
